Bowdoin College Women’s Soccer Recognized With Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award

The Bowdoin College women’s soccer team has been honored with a Silver Award by the United Soccer Coaches for its sportsmanship during the 2022 campaign.
 
The Polar Bears, who finished an outstanding season on the field with a 10-4-3, were charged with only two yellow cards this season. As a result, Brianne Smithson’s team was recognized with a Silver honor in the 2022 College Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Awards.

Bowdoin was one of 115 women’s teams, across all divisions of NCAA soccer, to be honored.
