Maine Maritime’s Rayelle Brewer (Cheyenne, Wyo.) has been named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Women’s Swimming & Diving Swimmer of the Week, while Kylie Cantlon (Burke, Va.) was named the NAC Women’s Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week 

Brewer reset two Maine Maritime team records in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:00.20 and in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.37, while participating in two relays for the Mariners in the Maine State Championship. Cantlon recorded seven personal bests this weekend at the Maine State Championship. Her time include 1:02.78 in the 100-yard freestyle, 5:56.28 in the 500-yard freestyle, 2:33.16 in the 200-yard IM, 28.49 in the 50-yard freestyle, 5:27.32 in the 400-yard IM, 2:14.33 in the 200-yard freestyle, and 20:.22.69 in the 1650-yard freestyle. She also participated in two relays, recording personal bests on her leg of the relay.
