Saint Joseph’s College ran away with the 2023 GNAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Championship at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center on Sunday. The Monks tallied 168 total points, 40 more than runner-up Regis College, to claim the program’s first-ever conference title.

A pair of team records and another was tied on the men’s side, as first-year standout Abdirizak Abukar (Lewiston, Maine) established new team bests with top finishes in the 60-Meter (7.21) and 200-Meter (22.52) events and senior Ashtyn Abbott (Farmingdale, Maine) tied the High Jump record with a 1.96m winning leap.
