The Maine Sheriff’s Association recognized deputies, corrections officers, and management for various achievements at a banquet held in Augusta. Fort Fairfield Police Chief Matthew Cummings (former ACSO Sergeant) and Sgt. Isaac Ward were presented the Presidential Valor Award for separate incidents that they responded to in 2021.
Retired Chief Deputy Craig Holder was recognized for his hard work in updating the Records Management System throughout Aroostook County.
