Treacy and Krasnow conclude NCAA Regionals competition in Kentucky

Veselja Treacy and Ruby Krasnow of the Maine women’s track and field program competed in the final day of the NCAA Regionals on May 30 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Treacy was the first to compete on Saturday, participating in the 3000-meter steeplechase. She finished 37th overall with a time of 10:28.59.

Krasnow competed in her second event of the weekend after previously running the 10,000 meters on Thursday. In Saturday’s 5000-meter race, she finished 37th overall with a time of 16:20.88.

The full results for both the steeplechase and the 5000 meters are available through official channels.

Both athletes concluded their season at this regional meet.
