Your mental health matters! We’ve collected some helpful tips for you to maintain your mental health during challenging times. Counselors are available to help Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. But, what if you need to talk to someone after-hours?

Introducing UMA’s After-Hours Support Line, available to students Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 8:00am, and Friday from 5:00pm through Monday at 8:00am. Students may use this line to connect with a counselor to receive professional support during a crisis. Just call (207) 621-3344.
