Today, Sheriff Shawn Gillen promoted Deputy Sheriff Nathan Chisholm to the rank of patrol sergeant. Sergeant Chisholm was pinned by his friend, and first sergeant with the Sheriff’s Office, Chief Matthew Cummings of the Fort Fairfield Police Department. Unfortunately, Sgt Chisholm’s wife, and two children were unable to attend the promotion ceremony, but we are grateful for their support, not only for Sgt. Chisholm but the Sheriff’s Office as a whole. Congratulations on your promotion, Sgt. Chisholm!
